Rule 30
Conditions to be followed by the person or organization receiving the permit
:
(1) The person or organization receiving the permit must comply with the following conditions:-
(a) not to act beyond the scope of the work for which the permit has been obtained,
(b) To be subject to the prevailing laws and standards (norms) determined from time to time by the department.
(2) If a person or organization who has received a permit is found to have committed any act contrary to sub-rule (1), the Director General may suspend or cancel their permit for a maximum period of six months according to the conditions.
(3) If the work of a person or organization that has received a permit causes damage to the Government of Nepal or any person, the Director General may cancel the permit and pay compensation for the damage to the concerned party.
